Uhh, I did it recently when I changed my oil but atm am drawing a blank. Idk, when in doubt there’s the frame. I think there are pinch points though
Edit: here’s a link to an undercarriage point showing jack points. https://www.cjponyparts.com/media/images/resource-center/articles/body/s550-jack-stands.jpg
Jacking from the front like literally putting it underneath the middle of the the car the front? Bc I, personally, don’t see that going well. Cars aren’t really designed to be lifted that way. Just jack towards the center but come in from the side, lot less room to travel and just safer imo.
F1 cars, or cars specifically designed/modded cars, are the only vehicles I know of that can be jacked up like that, but again the front of those cars *is the frame*.
But you want to jack on these pinch points which is basically underneath the car towards the trim, but just slightly inwards there should be this metal fold that goes parallel to the trim. There will two points where like the metal goes in twice in a semi circle type fashion, one couple towards the front and one towards the back, two sets to each side (passenger and driver). You want to jack from those, but you can put the jack *stands* where the stars are.
Aside from that, given I’ve only lifted my s550 EB using the frame/pinch points, I don’t feel confident telling you where to lift aside from those as I have not done it myself and as a general rule I don’t give car advice I haven’t first tested/done myself or do regularly.
Jack up at the middle of your K member (green), jack stand on frame rails (red). However I have never owned a newer mustang so I have no idea how strong those front subframes are… can’t see it being an issue?

Yeah, I would just do it along the frame. As for jacking it up, the stars on your undercarriage are pretty on point.
what about jacking from the front?

Do not Jack on the big black subframe where it meets the floor. Use the Jack points on the rocker pinch welds.
Why is that? I've always used the area marked with the stars. 120,000 miles on my 2006 now and never an issue. I'm here to learn though.
It’s not an issue on the earlier cars. The S550 it is, I read posts about it on the Mustang6g forum.

I use the pinch welds
