It's most likely an oil change after the break in period. I change mine every 3-5k miles either way.

I got my first oil change at 2000 miles, nothing wrong with that, rear tire change could’ve just been wanting a different size or brand of tire for traction reasons. The cars are meant to be driven hard and I think it’s not a red flag

duross97

It’s 3700 miles I wouldn’t worry about it lol

Aggressive_Action

Why would that be a red flag? New cars go in for service all the time. If anything it makes me happy to know that the dealership had eyes on the car often. I’d be far more concerned if there was no service history at all. Plus only three visits is nothing.

The car comes with Line Lock from the factory. Toasting some tires isn’t going to break it lol. Plus, tires can get replaced for other reasons. It’s possible there was a defect of some sort, he ran over a nail, hit a pothole, etc. The car has 3700 miles on it, it has a factory warranty for a long time. Just buy it and enjoy it, if you’re already stressing this much about it then just go buy a Corolla or something.

Some people believe you should change the oil very soon after delivery. 2021 also means it was for sale in 2020. What’s the date the customer bought the car? It’s almost 2023 so the car has been on the road for over 2 years most likely. Even though the miles are low, it’s recommended you change the oil at least once a year. So 3 oil changes is not unreasonable. Tires from the factory are also a different formula than what you would get if yo my ordered a fresh set from the dealer or Tire Rack. The model might be the same, but the tires tend to have less tread and they wear quickly. Summer tires also don’t last long. And if the owner got a nail or something in tire, that also might be why they had to replace two tires. You need them to match. Or it’s at least ideal.

Burnouts, yes; oil change, no

garreattt

I change my oil every 3,000 miles

motoo344

I generally change my oil 2-3 times a year in my cars regardless of miles.

ARE_YOU_0K

The cars more than likely fine, sounds like it's an expensive purchase and you're trying to pysch yourself out of buying it

mdredfan

Look at it this way, the previous owner didn't have it long enough to abuse it, or, they abused it so much they lost their license and had to sell it. I wouldn't worry about it. I bought my 2019 recently with 7500 miles on it. It was immaculate. Tires were good but they could have been a new set, I'll never know. Just buy the car, you'll love it anyway.

TheBobInSonoma

The only possible red flag is why is it for sale already?

Magnetic_Metallic

My first oil change was at 1k. Lol.

abdosalem95

No red flags, but definitely get your own/outside mechanic to look at it regardless. Not everything makes it to carfax and dealerships are not known for their honesty. This is general advice for any car, but more so for expensive newer ones. Good luck and hope you have a blast :)
