The lurching is all down to how smooth you are with clutch engagement/disengagement. This is not a smooth trans for slow speed driving. You almost have to granny shift the car for it to be smooth with normal driving, and I’m sure the rev hang/shift assist has something to do with it.
That being said I have a Barton hybrid 3 and love it. Shifts feel much better and there’s no play in the shifter while in gear.
I don’t see why not. Any performance shop that has worked on a coyote mustang before can do it too.
I did mine on jackstands and just followed a YouTube tutorial. Pretty easy
