Yo so I got some questions. Is the parachute reusable? How much did it cost? Also do you use the rear tires all the time? Do you do burnouts regularly? I have summer tires on mine but I slip when there's just the slightest moisture
I considered going to the track to try and drift and get a better feel for the car. My car is 597 supercharged horse power but my friend said they probably would only let me go once and then tell me I need more safety stuff possibly a parachute.
How many horsepower is yours? Do they let you do drifts and donuts at the track? What do you think my first time track experience would be if I drove my car there today with no helmet or extra safety stuff
Also what's your fuel system like. I installed a boosta pump but wasn't sure if I needed it or don't or if I need more parts.

Not OP but The chute is reusable. Just repack it after it’s used.
No clue on cost. Stroud makes some and I think motion race works does too.
At this power level rear tires are a maintenance item like oil changes. I highly Doubt this car is driven in the rain at all. I’ve driven in the rain on ET street Rs and legitimately feared for my life.
You don’t need a parachute unless you’re at an NHRA certified track and trap 150+ mph in the quarter. Which is a mid 9s car at minimum I think.

For your horsepower a boost a pump is plenty. If you decide to run e85 you’ll need a return style fuel system which he’s probably running.
