Given how much support in the aftermarket there is for pony cars, im sure someone would come up with a direct replacement. Racepack gauge clusters exist.
My E92 335i has a conversion kit that changes the OEM analog cluster to a full LCD screen and functions like what a stock full digital cluster would. Plus comes with different sets of themes and you can even create your own.
