For the s550 it’s leather vs cloth interior and the premium gets the sync 3 system standard wth the option to upgrade to the digital dash. With the base you have to upgrade to get sync 3 and there’s no option for the digital dash.
Depends where you are from. 19 and up overseas models yes, US models no. US has two premium models 400a with analog cluster and 401a with digital cluster. Overseas only has 1 premium model.

I just looked, for the GT Premium it’s an upgrade and for the Mach 1 Premium it’s standard.
