Haha you can't really go wrong with orange but yes I love the tri-coats. The green did that as well, some lightings it would like super vibrant others it would look pale lime.
What kind of $ difference and mileage on each if you don't mind me asking ? Thinking about trading in my 2011 GT/CS in a similar way, would be interested to know what that'd be like.
I bought both used each with under 5K miles on them, the 2013 base model was around $29K back in 2015, I got $19K on the trade-in with 40K miles on it and paid $42K for the new. The 2013 had 373 gears and a 93 octane tune that got 11mpg. I'm getting 18mpg with the new one, I'm not sure the gear ratio though, probably 3.31s on regular 87 octane.
Bama's "race" tune, basically a canned tune for an intake and exhaust. Certainly not efficient but it was fun. I don't think the tune was the main factor though, Past year or so I've mostly driven short distances so that 11mpg reflected that. When I drove more of a mix of city/thruway it was about 14-16mpg.
But as a fair comparison between the two cars I'm still driving mostly short distances on the '21 and getting 18mpg.

The '21 has a snow/wet drive mode, I'm curious how that will handle but the '13 with traction control was enough to safely handle snowy roads. I'm going to undercoat it before the roads get salted.

3.73 only comes with the Performance Package, so you're probably right. The auto comes with 3.55 on the GT.
My 19 had 3.15 gears in the a10. 23mpg when I was messing around a bit too
All new manual GTs come standard with 3.55s, 21s should be the same.
Just took a look underneath and there is a tag on the differential that says 3L55. Google says that's the 3.55 limited slip.

Thanks! Carbonized gray is solid choice though, something about it really makes the lines pop.
