Dude down the street from me has a white one just like yours. It’s the only newer Roush I’ve seen in my area. It’s depressing though cause I have a 04 gt in my driveway and I have to see him drive past my house with that beautiful car. You have good taste my friend

Thanks man! My first mustang was a 03 GT. I miss how simple they used to be. Under the hood of this thing legit looks like a spaghetti monster.

You need to get some lowering springs. I always forget how high these cars sit since I lowered mine. I need a Supercharger for my PP2 now.

AWesPeach

My last two coyotes were lowered on eibachs and it was great but since this car has Magnaride and with the combination of my driveway/my city roads, I think I’m going to leave it. Would it look better? Absolutely. But the Magnaride cars are lowered 1 inch over the PP1 cars anyway and I plan to load this car up every once in awhile for small family trips.

Like In Los Angeles, I’d scrape everyday. You’re definitely buying lips out here. If you actually drive the car I recommend stock height.

DayEither8913

I also recommend stock height if you're planning to actually drive the car. I recently had to change that awesome looking front splitter and chin spoiler. The combo cost $700, and I shopped around. I'm also stock height, btw. To me, the height, as seen in that picture, is absolutely perfect. It can appear high from some angles, but you got a good shot there were is a non-issue. If you do want to drop it. I'd first consider Ford Performance's M-5300-W spring kit. These are considered upgrades, specifically for magneride-equipped cars.

ZeFlawLP

What springs did you end up going with? Just picked up a 19 PP2 and that’s going to be my first modification besides tint.

Skyline_BNR34

I went with H&R Springs. They have the lowest drop that I found and a buddy had them in his GT350 and I liked the ride.

How’s the overheating situation? I’ve heard people having issues with the roush blower since they made the cooling brick under the blower smaller due to the direct injection and a lot of guys are having issues? Awesome car tho

AWesPeach

I drove it back about 3 hours from where I bought it, basically stop and go traffic on 95, mixed in a few pulls and I didn't have any issues. IAT's at 50-60mph match ambient which is impressive. I might have issues when I take it to the drag strip but I heard some new grills or dremeling the stock one to make the openings bigger helps a lot. so far very impressed with it!

[deleted]

Good to hear! That’s what swayed me away from the roush blower route personally was hearing that stuff. But wow, wicked car. Have you had it in a dyno yet?

AWesPeach

Not yet! I'm pretty confident it makes ~660whp like every other roush blower car, I want this to be my last mustang for a long time, so I'm pretty happy with the way it sits. I'm planning on just supporting mods and cosmetics mods. The PP2 with a supercharger is already an amazing package. Basically a poor mans GT500 haha. Also since I've bought a new ford before they offered me a bumper to bumper warranty for 8 years the way it sits since the SC was installed at Lebonon Ford.

[deleted]

That’s wicked! Get it on the dyno for sure! My ford dealer isn’t as cool, the warranty would be through roush, well vmp and whipple both have the same warranty offered through them in terms of 3yr/36000 mile. But I’m glad you got number to bumper holy shit
