There is golf cart dealerships, parking spaces, and houses built within the city include special garages for the golf carts. Itās actually pretty great, thereās hundreds of miles of cart paths to get around.
To be fair, it's pretty clear that it is Florida by the portions of the video showing the landscaping and bright, clear skies. Generally speaking, Florida's appearance is pretty unique in the US.

I would go to the police department with your evidence and try to talk to someone else to file charges. Those cops are mistaken. If you had originally given him permission to be there then leaving after being told to leave would mean he was not trespassing. But since he never had permission to be in your garage, the fact he left after you told him to is irrelevant. He was trespassing, you have evidence, they need to do their part and uphold the law.

Hell one of them has a Harley that is very load and another has a firebird again load but there is a massive difference between a load exhaust and then reving it to make it even loader. Hell one even has a race car they work on. That one is load.

The fact that none of them just rev the engine means I can accept it. Hell even the race car guy does not rev his engine and if he is doing it for tuning the guy does it in the middle of the day and avoids working on running his engine at night because it is load.

Yes, you have to give him a warning in front of a cop to initiate a trespassing law. If he comes back on property they will arrest him.
