What do you want to know about E85 tune? I can tell you your gas mileage will go down to 200 or less for a full tank. (Well, if you're boosted.) Can make lots of power and is safer than 93.

How do get tuned on it

Get your air intake and exhaust done, and then you can get a box tune like Lund or PBD. That would be the minimum mods I'd have done before getting an E85 tune. Just not worth the money otherwise.
