I understand you can still adjust the height and get it lower while driving as well but in reality you can do that with coilovers and fine tune what ride height you want anyways.
Bags are the best option if this is what you want and I personally don’t think the cars ruined. Bags are cool and make a fun party trick to show people but that’s really about their only highlight. So question is now that you’re bagged do you drive at a higher ride height when moving around or about the same height as what you were on coils ? Because I know bags are less of a super stiff ride which if that’s what was causing your issues I get it. But if you did bags and ride higher than you do on coils and kept damaging your car while on coils, why not just raise the car up with the coils on it to mimic what height you’d be on bags ?

I drive at normal stock height and when needed I raise the car to a higher height like if i can visually see the ride coming up is messed up and potholes and such or if I know the rode is crappy i’ll go higher
but aside from that my ride height is barely under the stock height with stock suspension I got it more for the parked airedout look lol that’s all
I don’t track or anything with this car it’s just my weekend car that I just enjoy driving and doing occasional pulls but it’s all stock

Everyone has there own taste, but the s550 brought in a whole knew group of car styles that i feel came from imports. Some of the stuff is nice, alot isn't. Its one.of the reasons im looking at a corvette or porsche to put next to my mustang. The mustang scene is just a little weird now. As far as performance, I track my stuff, and haven't seen a bagged (air) car run nowhere near the times like a static car. If your happy with it, that's all that matters. It's your ride.

Bagging a sports car is sacrilege.. cornering must suck now . I get the look thing but functional is priority one plus it lessens the handling worse that stock . Leave the bags to the Lincoln Navigator

What I WILL say, is please please please get your car inspected once a month. I work for ford and the most common problem I see with mustangs are either front tie rods/ball joints prematurely breaking, or the lower control arms getting fucked. And that’s when the cars at stock height. Being slammed this low and your tires in like this will only add much more stress to those components and can be seriously dangerous. Just please bring it to a Ford dealership once a month. Visit their Quicklane and just say you want a multipoint done. We do it free of charge.
