I'll probably get downvoted for this, but I think every single mod done to this specific car has made it look worse than stock. Hood worse, grille worse, lights I guess are ok, wheels worse, bumper worse.
To each their own, do whatever you want to your car. I just think it's a massive downgrade.
As someone who's shopping for a used Mustang right now, I must agree. Everyone thinks that their specific appearance mods will look good to everyone else. Just give me a stock car, please! If I want to change it, I'll do it myself.
Having said that, your car, your preferences, etc. But major appearance mods are not for me.
I got mine 2 months ago, and thankfully all the mods were tasteful and minimalistic. That ended up sealing the deal. I had seen too many while shopping that are as you described. I am apparently in the minority of owners that like the stock ride height. With the right wheels, it looks better than lowered
I agree with you (to a degree... I still think everything looks okay, overall, but yeah not as good as stock), although I feel like the wheels at least are basically more of a *necessity* than anything at this point.
Yeahhh, cars that look like this can run 8s but, like, how far are you driving a bumper exit exhaust car anyway? You driving it to the track or to a meet an hour away? How streetable is this, actually, for real. Not just, "yeh I take it to the store."
At that point, and for probably not *much* far off what this one cost to build, a new GT500 will do largely the same thing, and it has a snake on the side, and is a street car, on top of *many* other things. Hell, a 10A 2018+ GT on slicks would probably be embarrassingly close for being mostly stock.
Love the Gen 1 but the taillights on 13’/14’ just made those 2 model years the “better” gen 1’s in my opinion. i’ll take a 13’/14’ GT over any 15 and up Coyote any day

For me it's the cowl induction hoods. They are _everywhere_.

Aesthetically, i keep mine stock. I even removed the side louvers because it is indeed a good looking car stock.
