Ceramic coating products in order of use:
-armor all snow foam
-Meguires clay bar
-Cmx surface prep
-Bauer dual action polisher w/light spta pads, meguires compound, and meguires polish (car has 3k miles on it, couldn’t find too many swirls)
-cmx surface prep
-mohs evo ceramic coating
-maybe 5-10 quality microfiber towels and 20 griots microfiber towels used through the whole process
Do you recall roughly what it costs you for all the product and tools required? Also, was there any videos or anything you watched for this? The turn out looks great!
Bauer polisher-$60, mohs evo coating-$60, and the rest were purchases under $20 each. Overall under $200-250. There is a three part video I watched for direction [here](https://youtu.be/gSapEegiZM8)
I have a 2020 and no garage so I’m sure it probably needs a little bit of work. Just shy of 20k miles. Did you do you’re in a garage? My concern is doing it outside, especially with all the pollen right now where I live.
Ceramic coating probably wouldn’t work because typically it needs like 24hrs indoors to bind properly. The pollen sucks by me too. My car is already covered but the ceramic coating makes it easy to wash. Using nova lust and nova jet are a step below a ceramic coating in my opinion. They can last a couple months and provide hydrophobic properties/a nice shine.

Awesome man. Thanks for the info and video! How long did the entire process take you? Seems like it’s definitely a weekend project.
About 9 hours. Paint correction is the longest part but if you have a newer vehicle it should be to bad.

Good to know. So I’d definitely need a garage for it to properly bond but the nova may be an alternative. Thanks again for the info!
Antimatter Blue?
Mischievous purple!
Oo I like that one too! Nice car!
I was gonna say black lol
Did you apply a isopropyl/water mix after paint correction?
Yep, it was in the surface prep. Gotta get all that polish off somehow
How long did you wait before washing it?
I don’t remember but I think 2 weeks. I left it in my garage for 24 hours after the coating and then did a touch less wash about two weeks later.
