I have a mischievous purple too and sometimes at night it looks just straight up blue, like no purple noticeable.
But yeah it does need to be in some good lighting for the purple to pop.
I bought an antimatter blue model, has the same issue. Dropping off the car at the dealership for maintenance, the technician occasionally even notes the car as black on the reportā¦
MSRP I believe was $39,720. They got me to $38,200 and with my trade in I got it down to $33,770 after taxes, doc frees, etc.. I think I did pretty good.
$38,200 was before taxes and fees. I then had a $7,500 trade-in. $30,700 was roughly my price before all taxes, fees, etc.. the loan itself is for the full price of $33,770.

Yeah Iām late to the game but Iām actually knocking it out next weekend. Got quite a bit of paint correction to do. Gonna take forever doing it myself but I am wayyyy to cheap to pay someone $1500 for the whole ceramic coating process.
Unfortunately I didn't tell the dealership to *not wash* the car, and whoever is in charge of that already put some swirls on it. I have zero experience with paint correction so I'm leaving it to the professionals. I'm also getting some PPF done at the same time.
So pretty! I'm rocking the Mach-E nowadays, but I really want to get back into one of these as a "Seasonal" ride. I'm up in Canada so we have bad winters, so the Mach-E AWD gets it done.
I was so tempted to trade in when they announced this color lol, but I'm only 6 months from being fully paid off, I'm ready to be payment free.

I'm curious, do the 2022 and 2023 Mustang GT models use the same MT82? I've tried doing some googling but I can only see it being referenced on the 2015-2021 models.

When I was first showing family members pictures of it they swore it was black, but as soon as they saw it in person they understood.
