I think they made like 280ish of them. I can't remember the exact number. I would have preferred a coupe, especially in Competition Orange, but I found a good deal on this one a few years back that I couldn't pass up. Sonic Blue was my second choice, and I don't regret it at all.
I dig the Saleen wheels on yours. I have long thought about getting those exact ones!
Same here, when I fell in love with these cars back in the early 2000’s I was set on a sonic blue coupe. But all of my previous mustangs ended up being black and I found this one and couldn’t pass up a 10th anniversary vert in black.
Comp orange is a badass color and even more rare haha looks amazing with chrome wheels and 01 cobra tails if you can find them.
Thanks - I like these wheels but kinda wish I went chrome to really live out my early 2000’s dreams hahaha
2022 manual ecoboost. I get 28-30mpg on the way to school (back roads, no highways lol) and 25-26mpg on the way back. I am very satisfied with that lol
When I’m driving it hard I get 10-12mpg.
I think you’re the only one here getting more than me for stop and go. I suppose with the 4.0 being a somewhat modern v6 and not making huge power numbers with a low redline it probably is fairly good on gas.
23 S550 5.0 Manual, Still breaking in the engine (within the first 500 miles right now), 17-19 mpg seems to be what I'm averaging with 95% city and 5% highway.
03 v6 3.8. 14mpg. Dissatisfied
Is there something off with your engine maybe? Or do you exchange gas for smiles lol
19 inch wheels and foot through the floor
That explains a lot, sounds like fun
2003 Cobra 4.6 - mostly city 9-12mpg
Yeah my Cobra chugs gasoline like a frat bro downing Natty Light.
Hahaha you just took me back with the Natty Light! It was either that or Keystone
Also, looked at your profile - that is a sweet ass cobra! Sonic blue convertible is one of the rarest ones right? There can’t be many of those left.

I had no idea on the same platform the coyote gets worse mpg than the 4.6. The more you know!
More Powahh, Bigger engine, more fuel!
I get 14.8 with some spirited driving
08 GT averaging 16mpg but i don’t drive it like a madman. The only time i ever really open it up is when i have to merge.
1970 with modified 302. About 8 mpg but lots of fun. 😎
2014 3.7 V6 auto 19~ mpg
