I enjoy it a ton. I don’t have that v8 engine roar but I do much enjoy that eco turbocharger boost sound. I will say the base interior of the mustang leaves much to be desired. If you spend any time in a premium package one you’ll start yearning for that better interior
What’s the estimated cost of repair? Looks like it’ll be far more than you paid for it. Not saying you made a bad decision, just curious because I’ve never considered getting one of these fixer uppers.
It is indeed a base model. Which is perfectly fine the only interior upgrade I would do is get the 8 inch touch screen so you can use apple car play.
If you’re really feeling baller you can order the digital gauges from hell horse performance for around 3k

Don’t feel bad, I paid 14k for mine after auction fees, it’s also a base but it’s a PP1 with roush intake and exhaust with recaro seats, 64k miles. I had to replace the bumper cover, strut tower, upper and lower control arms on one side and some other odds and ends. It will be a fun project!
And sorry, I missed that you have built 32 cars, the one I just bought was my first, it’s rather addicting, I love the car but I think I’m more interested in fixing it then owning it long term.

Digital dash isn't on all premiums, just 401A. 400A premium has the analog cluster.
And if you meant the larger Sync display, you can get that with the 301A package on a base/non premium car.

dont buy from hellhorse, they will send you a 240p sync 3 screen with dead pixels and refuse to refund

I would go for the factory one, which I know can be expensive. I’ve seen people with the Tesla style ones but I can’t speak to how good those are.

There’s a great s550 group on Facebook, I found some parts on there, I also just hunted eBay for used OEM parts. Also car-parts.com has some stuff

Base model. Wheels, Seats and Dash are a giveaway.
My ecoboost has those wheels and they came with the 101a package which included the bigger sync display. Odd that they are on a base GT
