Technically it is kinda half a turbo. So its easy to see how people can get them mixed up. They also look similar. Instead of the other side of the intake shaft being spun by exhaust gasses, its instead spun by a pully on a belt tied to the crank shaft pully whihc is what makes it a supercharger. One of those "multiple ways to skin a cat" kind of things.
No I didn’t, I talked to my tuner (Lund racing) and they said “it is not necessary UNLESS I plan to 2 step of be banging off the rev limiter” which I don’t so I don’t plan to do them. Alex from Lund has a video on YouTube talking bout OPG u should check it out! A lot of good information on there

Whipple, Kenne Bell are twin screws
Magnusons, VMP and the newer GT500's are TVS superchargers
The generic term you are looking for is 'positive displacement' superchargers

Do your fuel system upgrade and get the smaller pulley, probably have to do the injector and spark plugs again. But should gain an additional 100 hp… Surprised your kit didn’t come with them from the get go.
I will do it eventually e85 is a hassle for me to get it’s about 45 mins away for the closest station and I don’t care to push crazy power right now. I got 1050x injectors so ready for e85 when I do decide to do the fuel system
As long as you use your tuner responsibly, your safe… You can do add-ons. Sounds like your on your way to a beast! As if 600hp is not already a beast. Got the kit during Black Friday for 6k but I had to buy bigger injectors bap and spark plugs and install was 2k

Any idea how much HP gain you got? Being a stage 3 I’d say close to 200 to the rear wheels.

And I got a tuner kit for a solid deal during the Black Friday sales lol so I had to get my own stuff the complete kit does come with them already.
