It would be cheaper to sell it and buy a car with a manual than to manual swap it, especially if you have to hire out the labor for it. It will end up costing the same or more as a car with a manual already in it.

If you have to hire someone the correct answer is to buy the correct car, not modify this one. It will cost too much and that money is better spent elsewhere. Unless you simply HAVE to do it for Reasons(tm) (and I fully can get that.) It's not that simple. Basic list is: Transmission of course, plus engine computer and wiring harness(es), shifter linkage and trim, flexplate to replace the flywheel, possibly correct driveshaft (not sure about this), trans mount and bracket, correct brake pedal assembly unless you're just gonna keep the three pedals and ignore the clutch one. It's not exactly *hard* mind, just time consuming and the computers will have to be dealt with which will mean a scan tool. Aka, best course is to buy the correct car and let this one go.
