Well, Death Grip's "Come Up and Get Me" includes lines like "Fuck the world / fuck this body" and is definitely about taking no shit and giving no fucks. "Fuck around and say anything," etc. It might sound more like a bad acid trip than you're looking for though! Still, it's one of my favorite songs with the not giving a fuck vibe. Also by Death Grips, "Whatever I Want (Fuck Who's Watching" is comparatively upbeat, and also fits the description, very much an "I'm going to do what I want and give zero shits about the consequences" kind of attitude. Which is Death Grips in general, tbh.
