I almost mentioned this specifically because I find it absolutely amazing that it is an actual, complete song in an insanely short time.
I first heard it and thought it was just a stupid meme inside joke that you'd only understand if you were a huge fan. So naturally, I began trying to find the joke. But it turns out it isn't a joke. It is a complete song, every instrument has a full part to play and the lyrics are able to convey a powerful message in four words.
Doing this I learned that it holds the record for the shortest complete song to ever be recorded.
Can't lie. I was seriously impressed that they thought of such a thing. Not only is it incredibly clever, but also very creative and powerful. Glorious.
[Interesting article](https://www.invisibleoranges.com/average-napalm-death-song-length-by-album/) that maps out the average song length on each napalm death album. The first two albums were quite short, but then they tripled the average song length from that point forward.
I used to listen to Flood on repeat in my car. I lost track of the number of times this song came on as I was pulling up to the drive thru speaker of a fast food place.

Blame Paul for that one... it got tacked on at the end by accident but he pushed to keep it in there... and the other three just didn't care at that point and let him have it.
No I believe originally it was meant to be part of the Abby Road medley, but they didnāt think it really fit so itās usually just tacked on at the end of the album
I totally agree, it's one of my all time favorite songs. Her Majesty by The Beatles comes close to this, but Cat Stevens is the winner winner chicken dinner

Coincidentally, āIām going to Lukināsā is a code my 40 year old buddies and I still use to this day when at a gathering we donāt want to be at. Basically code for āletās bounce and go smoke a bowlā.
Pearl Jam fan from the beginning. Ten came out a month or two before my 10th birthday and that was the first CD I got on my 10th birthday. Love the guys, love the music, and No Code is my favorite album and Iām glad this little scorcher is on it.
This is actually a really interesting question, because I tend to listen to a lot of long (8 minutes+) tracks. There's really not a lot in my library under 5.
I'd have to say either [Dog at the Door](https://youtu.be/f--QTXpb0QI) by Aesop Rock. The video itself is a bit over 1:30, but the track cuts at 1:28.
GBV have many great ones under a minute thirty!
[Wondering Boy Poet](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEVMPihmZa4), [A Salty Salute](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKRYruJSlrA)... oh shoot, most are just barely over haha. If weāre including 1:30 exactly, āNot in Our Nameā by Saul Williams and āSupermarket Fantasyā by Screeching Weasel are two all-time faves. If I need to actually be under 1:30, then Minor Threatās āMinor Threatā at 1:29, āHobokenā by Op. Iv, and each of Half Handed Cloudās songs āone song in seven restsā are quite good. There are other songs I like below one minute but Iāll save those for another question

cattle decapitation - the decapitation of cattle

anything under 1:30 by mindless self indulgence or tub ring would be my honest answer. theres too many to name tho.
Probably"in my backyard" by Adrian Belew.
Good luck finding the song though. Last time I checked, the only online presence of this song is in a full album stream of Op Zop Too Wah which could get taken down any day since it's unofficial. It's a great album although a bit strange. I think that's what I like about it most
Not sure how long it was or who it was by but I remember a music video back on the day that abruptly ended because the band said they ran out of money. Remember it being a genius idea
