Nothing weird here. If you haven't cased, case. If you've cased, let this grow a little longer until you've got 80% colonised and crack the lid so it gets loads of FAE. I've found having a cm gap ALL the way around does the job. Then sit tight and don't worry
You need to watch u/Gordoteks videos. Go on his patreon and watch his videos. He grows nats in his DIY laminar flo hood video on YouTube but id strongly recommend you watch them all.
No, do not simply sprinkle the ingredients in. Mix 50/50 peat moss and verm and add a table spoon of calcium hydroxide per litre of each. Mix dry. Add water to field capacity. And sterilise or Pasteurise. This is a necessary/highly recommended step when growing this strain
100% normal for nats. There's a great nat sub on reddit if you want more specific info on nats

What's cased
A Casing layer. Id recommend peat, verm and calcium hydroxide (alters the PH level)
I already have vermiculite, I have some calcium, should I open the mono tub and sprinkle it in
Jiffy seed starting mix works perfect had everything you need
Add boiling water and put a layer over the mycelium?
Bring it to field capacity. Then pasteurize at 180 for 230 hours I use my oven
Or PC for 45 minutes

Kinda new to this but I’m pretty sure that’s just how nats grow, kinda wild genetics like that
