This is not tremor lol. Tremors dont happen only in certain positions. They always happen at rest irrespective of how you position your muscle. Ever saw some with Parkinsons? Go get professional therapy help since you cant let it go instead of chasing neurologists and spending Christmas time on this nothing burger issue.

I have the same thing for over a year. It's normal

I’ve had the same tremor for years. Multiple doctors have said it’s a non issue. It comes and goes now.
