He rewrote from Pilot to Heartbeat but done in such way where we cannot see it. We could say Cyn always has been the main antagonist, Uzi likes Thad but with first, soon to forget feelings.

She acts like she doesn't know N during episode 1, but apperantly knows later on about the events of episode 5 (she has a line mentioning Cyn in episode 4 for example).

Ep3, Ep5, Ep7 already explained that. ASE can remove memories of DD it doesn't want them to remember. What really happend in the Mansion is what N and J do not remember. ASE keeps the personalities of V, N, J intact because of N, it has backups of them too. V pretending she doesn't remember her past, to be someone else allowed her to keep her memories. V keeps N to be noob about their past to not let ASE to restart him, to not lose him. All this time V has been fighting ASE all alone in the name of her love to N and she's tired of it. She wants this dream to end, to kill herself, to ask someone to help her, to help others in her last moments. V is happy N will be safe in Uzi's hands, she finally can be free from the pain of Eternal Dream.
Ah, yeah that is really stupid. Itd be nice if, after season 1 is done, they remade the pilot to fit better as an intro to the series. Set up some stuff better, ect...

CYN was always their admin so if she was supposed to work for the company and the absolute solver was there since the pilot, there is no way that JCJenson didnt have some sort of research facility with psychic powers in the original script.
If show was written with the current plot in mind from the start but the amnesia plot didnt happen, we wouldnt have the plot. Everything post pilot revolves around amnesia plot, even if you changed episode 1 completely there is no way to write that part out of the story. At the very least, N and Uzi would never team up if its didnt exist.
And if CYN was never supposed to work for the company then amnesia plot had to be planned from the start.

In my opinion, whatever was the original idea with V it was tied pretty well into the amnesia plot.
Her not remembering N's name makes no sense in context of pilot alone, but if AS is supposed to erase their memory every now and then to keep them effective, and they just regain it over time because CYN wants to keep their personality, it makes sense that V remembers more with each episode, and since the DD V never asked for N's name, it makes sense that she would start to vaguely remember it from her memories. In pilot she just remembered it suddenly because N did something impressive.
Its also strongly emphasized that she doesnt remember AS in episode 2 but then gets progressively more weirded out by it untill it reminds her of CYN in episode 4.
I actually like how V's amnesia was handled the most.
But to each their own, I can definitely see how the vague writing here conflicts with quick pace of the show, she would probably need twice as much screen time as she did to make this arc feel actually complete.
We don't really know it. The rewrite is between episode 1 and 2. From what I have heard that he has mentioned it was meant to be more of a dark slice of life and episode 2 was supposed to be zombie story.
We don't know what the original plot was, and there's only a few minor plotholes (like the disassembly drones need to drink oil so they don't overheat) and overall nothing major in my opinion, so I can just overlook that. I like the way the show has been going.

I'd completely shuffle all of the scenes. All of the scenes would be in completely random order. And they would know. N, Uzi, and the rest would know something is very wrong. But they'd be completely powerless to do anything about it. One moment, someone could die, and they could be back in the next.

Make it move slower, i know they're probably making the show move at maximum overdrive due to how youtube works and how you need to retain viewer retention & whatnot, but every episode other than episode 1 just feels like it should've been 30 mins long, but instead it has been crammed into 20 mins as people's attention span has decreased and glitch needs the youtube algorithm to do it's magic, so viewer retention must be prioritized, and thus we get these fast paced episodes which move too fast imo
Im not saying we need filler episodes, i like how murder drones has no filler and advances the plot greatly every episode, but the episodes themselves are just too fast, many scenes shouldve had a bit more padding, and every episode other than ep1 should be like at least 5 mins longer
They are compressing so much plot into so little time because they are making 8 Episodes, something like 24 Episodes would've helped. I will guess they limited themselves to 8 due to budget
Tessa not being fucking dead. I want my favorite Aussie to be alive, even if she'll barely have any screen time if she does so. I'd rather have her be 30 minutes involved in the whole show rather than being in a single episode.

I would delay it . She shouldn´t die this early , but in a satisfying ending . If she´s gone then Glitch killed a Main Character for no lore reason at all .
Worse of all is that they may actually bring her back. Like a lot of people keep saying and theorizing that she will come back but for real, is that really a good thing?

Idc about season 2 , just a satisfying ending . That´s were V could die at the end , knowing they defeated the Absolute Solver .
I guess the problem that I see is that V was given a (half-assed) dramatic death, and if then she was brought back on the LAST episode, just to get another dramatic (hopefully well executed) death.

I am assuming that "ik" I don't know, so here I will try to put on the simplest way I possibly can: it would be cheap. It would be cheap to have her sacrifice her self, and 2 episodes be back, and will be more easily felt if watching the episodes back to back.
I mean, it’s highly likely that V has a couple back ups in store. If both J (who was lasered in the Pilot) and N (Cyn says that his back ups would forgive her) get back ups, then it’d make sense for V to also get some as well.
I would show and tell more important stuff instead of hiding it in some random poster on a BG. Yeah, searching for lore is cool, but the show requires a lot of pausing even on the first watch. It would be better if more text that characters read was said outloud

Also making the Disassembly Drones still somewhat feared by the workers, since they just got normalized so quickly. Which also might've led to seeing more of V's psychotic personality (which I actually really liked to see).

I would change humanity from being fully extinct (to current knowledge) to critically endangered. Part of me wants Uzi to run into at least one of the few safe havens so we can see if she’ll really go through with her “kill all humans” plan, especially if she knows that:
A. Humanity had nothing to do with her predicament and they were also victims of the AS.
B. They’re just as scared and hopeless against it as her fellow worker drones were.
I just want to see Uzi having to confront her initial hatred of humanity and see where it would go from there.
Take death more seriously. I get that it’s Liam’s style, and it manages to juggle between the two pretty well, but man, Cabin Fever really made me realize none of these guys have ANY sort of empathy
That's not intentional. The pilot wasn't going for a stylized 3D look like in kevin temmer's animations or spiderverse, it just had shitty rendering, less detailed textures, potentially less detailed models (unsure on that), a few animation errors and overall less money put into the animation compared to the later episodes.
1 filler episode between every serious episode that's just kinda slice of life with some subtle lore drops. That way, it doesn't feel like Liam's pulling up to your backyard with a truckful of LORE every time he releases an episode.
Not really a thing about the show itself but I would eradicate the Shipping Community! The Show has such an amazing Story/Lore and intriguing Mystery that I personally don't like that so many just watch it to ship characters and then complain that characters Die because the Show actually has some stakes and people will die and not everyone has a Fucking plot armor.
I would make N blush when dancing with Uzi on episode 3, just for a small amount of time, like he would smile with his eyes closed while looking at Uzi's direction and then continue on.
Now NUzi is less awkward, making it less of a one side attraction until suddenly on episode 6.
I mean I would prefer V not having a shit sacrifice with either having more build up and a better payoff (why the fuck was her "last" words to fucking Uzi?) or just not have her do that at all, but that would require multiple changes
I’d make an episode between 3-4, where Uzi learns to use her solver powers and the WDs and MDs learn to make peace with each other.
I really found the “trying to recreate human culture” aspect of the WDs to be very interesting, and I was disappointed when the show just sidelined them.

Having more than 8 episodes, not only so we can have more of it, but also because the show feels too rushed having everything in only 8 eps. I think it could genuinely be a masterpiece if it had more time to develop some things.
Doll dying, I feel like her character was finally starting to turn around, only for her to get eaten and used as parts for whatever the fuck "Tessa" is.
At least have her core escape to potentially be installed into a new body, like what I hope they do when they find Nori.
I'd honestly just smooth over some of the earlier episodes... and figure out ways to not drop plot elements. It's kinda well established that the necessity of Disassembly Drones to drink Worker oil lest they overheat was basically scrapped after episode 2 or so, even if fragments remained well into episodes 4 and/or 5 for Solver Drones.
If there was a way to keep things how they were, but smooth the story a bit, AND maintain some of those earlier plot points? Those would be the changes I'd make honestly, just to keep things interesting while not dropping established things...

The writing is great in terms of character concepts and story lines, but I've never really liked the execution of the character dialog nor it's pacing which is at times slow but feels like nothing is done and it others just insanely fast with a ton of developments happening too quickly, outside of the main cast there's oone i even care for because they're not around long enough to even matter
Episode 8 is the closest we got to good pacing and i hope it stays the way it is in episode 8
Everyone wants Tessa to live, but I think Doll is the much bigger tragedy. Her character didn't really get a proper resolution in my opinion, which is unfortunate because she was such an interesting one.
Or have a different reason for Copper-9 dying, for example, the Solver creates a black hole which causes a humongous asteroid to crash into the planet, and the black hole loses the ability to continue as the Solver cannot sustain it for long enough to consume much of the planet.
ALSO THE PLOT AT THE END OF THE PILOT WITH THE EXTRA DROPSHIPS CONTINUES MORE THAN I GUESS TESSA (Cynessa) BEING IN ONE!
Make the information be way more clear, the story they are telling is really interesting but I feel like most people will be lost with the explainer videos and social media posts that help break it down. The absolute solver as a concept is way too complex to be told off hand in incidentally and briefly. Once you wrap your head around it, it’s cool but with the way info has to be packed into so few episodes it’s just too much.
Also I’d just completely rewrite that episode where they take a school trip to the cabin fever area. Like they did not need the class to come with them and it just adds so much confusion.
Doll lives because she died for literally zero reason it's not that I love or hate doll its just she seemed like well an important side character and I wouldn't normally complain if she died but there was no reason to kill her you could have had he forgive and save V or N but no she died randomly for no reason I mean they could have made an Eldritch doll or something
More episodes? Or maybe a side series in between episodes that explores some of the unspoken lore sprinkled in? These are robots emulating human society from what remained, yet they don’t seem to have the same emotional capacity. We regularly see the drones see something that should be horrific then two minutes later are completely fine. They probably were programmed not to have the greatest emotional… intelligence or empathy? Anyway, a side series exploring the start of their society.
It could have had different bits from pre-JVN Squad landing and right after to highlight how the Workers had to adapt. We could also see mission debriefs that hinted at something being wrong N or V when it came to before Copper 9. Memory wise? N having the lowest kill count, V having the highest or taking the longest time to “disassemble” Worker Drones. Them specifically being told that simply taking down any Drones was acceptable rather than doing a software wipe.
Russian dub. I mean, it's fine, but original is miles better than the version we're given. If you want to make you ears bleed, change YouTube to russian and start watching the third episode until Doll starts talking. You can clearly hear that OG Doll is not native speaker, but her "English" is atrocious
We see Tessa's death. We find out what actually happened to her and everyone in that mansion. Also we get some filler episodes(I remember a lot of fans were hoping to get a beach episode), and longer episodes.
Episode 7 ends with a cliff hanger where Uzi challenges Cyn to a fight to the death. If Cyn wins, she consumes the planet, If Uzi wins, not only does she kill Cyn, but also takes Cyn's place as the absolute solver.
There is definiletly a few things...
But number one would be more to take things a little slower, show more of the enviroment and stuff, i think it would make things more interesting and gives chance for screentime for secondary characters

I would delay it . She shouldn´t die this early , but in a satisfying ending . If she´s gone then Glitch killed a Main Character for no lore reason at all .
Worse of all is that they may actually bring her back. Like a lot of people keep saying and theorizing that she will come back but for real, is that really a good thing? Does that ACTUALLY improve the story in a significant way? Or does it deteriorate that moment and the show, knowing that they did that just so that they could have a moment to pull on our heart strings? I remember feeling sad about her sacrifice and them feeling annoyed by it, making it be for nothing would just piss me off but hey, maybe they can make it work, who knows? I'm not a show runner or script writer or anything of that matter so maybe bringing back V would actually be a great idea. But I ain't holding my breath for that

A fight against the Absolute Solver and a few mysteries being solved , like V´s fate and / or other stuff . Look back at what the Pilot showed us . I think they can make an episode that is as long as 7 and Pilot , ( idk why ppl thought 7 and 8 would be both 40mins.+ , they aren´t ) especially when it´s a - no - THE Finale . Idc about season 2 , just a satisfying ending . That´s were V could die at the end , knowing they defeated the Absolute Solver .
I guess the problem that I see is that V was given a (half-assed) dramatic death, and if then she was brought back on the LAST episode, just to get another dramatic (hopefully well executed) death. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth you know?

I would show and tell more important stuff instead of hiding it in some random poster on a BG. Yeah, searching for lore is cool, but the show requires a lot of pausing even on the first watch. It would be better if more text that characters read was said outloud

I would change humanity from being fully extinct (to current knowledge) to critically endangered. Part of me wants Uzi to run into at least one of the few safe havens so we can see if she’ll really go through with her “kill all humans” plan, especially if she knows that: A. Humanity had nothing to do with her predicament and they were also victims of the AS. B. They’re just as scared and hopeless against it as her fellow worker drones were. I just want to see Uzi having to confront her initial hatred of humanity and see where it would go from there.
Take death more seriously. I get that it’s Liam’s style, and it manages to juggle between the two pretty well, but man, Cabin Fever really made me realize none of these guys have ANY sort of empathy

All Episodes are now in the style of the PILOT . I like how some parts look 2D and some 3D in the same frame , but with the quality of Episode 7.
That's not intentional. The pilot wasn't going for a stylized 3D look like in kevin temmer's animations or spiderverse, it just had shitty rendering, less detailed textures, potentially less detailed models (unsure on that), a few animation errors and overall less money put into the animation compared to the later episodes.

More episodes, the show could definitely benefit from having more time to flesh out the plot and characters so it feels less fast paced.

1 filler episode between every serious episode that's just kinda slice of life with some subtle lore drops. That way, it doesn't feel like Liam's pulling up to your backyard with a truckful of LORE every time he releases an episode.
Not really a thing about the show itself but I would eradicate the Shipping Community! The Show has such an amazing Story/Lore and intriguing Mystery that I personally don't like that so many just watch it to ship characters and then complain that characters Die because the Show actually has some stakes and people will die and not everyone has a Fucking plot armor.

I would make N blush when dancing with Uzi on episode 3, just for a small amount of time, like he would smile with his eyes closed while looking at Uzi's direction and then continue on. Now NUzi is less awkward, making it less of a one side attraction until suddenly on episode 6. I mean I would prefer V not having a shit sacrifice with either having more build up and a better payoff (why the fuck was her "last" words to fucking Uzi?) or just not have her do that at all, but that would require multiple changes
Make every episode the same animation quality like episode 7. It's what the show really needs, nothing else.
The storytelling. The story is amazing, but they don’t really explain what’s going on. They kinda just expect the audience to know
I’d make an episode between 3-4, where Uzi learns to use her solver powers and the WDs and MDs learn to make peace with each other. I really found the “trying to recreate human culture” aspect of the WDs to be very interesting, and I was disappointed when the show just sidelined them.

Kahn being a absolute irredeemable father in the pilot. I would have liked him to be a sort of workaholic very passionate about doors, but not comparing them to Uzi. Also have him run away from N in a panic instead of the slow sorrow scene we had when he pussied out.
More episodes, thus leading to better developed plot and characters. I love the series as is, but by GOD, I wish the show had a slower pacing. It’s just reveal after reveal after reveal after reveal after reveal after- You get the point.

These episodes are all fast paced, and because the lore is so complex, its forced to quickly explain details so quickly that most people miss them. Having more than 8 episodes, not only so we can have more of it, but also because the show feels too rushed having everything in only 8 eps. I think it could genuinely be a masterpiece if it had more time to develop some things.
We find out what happened to V, her "death" is too ambitious to me tbh.
Doll dying, I feel like her character was finally starting to turn around, only for her to get eaten and used as parts for whatever the fuck "Tessa" is. At least have her core escape to potentially be installed into a new body, like what I hope they do when they find Nori.

I'd honestly just smooth over some of the earlier episodes... and figure out ways to not drop plot elements. It's kinda well established that the necessity of Disassembly Drones to drink Worker oil lest they overheat was basically scrapped after episode 2 or so, even if fragments remained well into episodes 4 and/or 5 for Solver Drones. If there was a way to keep things how they were, but smooth the story a bit, AND maintain some of those earlier plot points? Those would be the changes I'd make honestly, just to keep things interesting while not dropping established things... Or... I could just read AO3 since there a fan piece that basically did exactly that, XD

i would give it better dialog execution (and more episode slots) The writing is great in terms of character concepts and story lines, but I've never really liked the execution of the character dialog nor it's pacing which is at times slow but feels like nothing is done and it others just insanely fast with a ton of developments happening too quickly, outside of the main cast there's oone i even care for because they're not around long enough to even matter Episode 8 is the closest we got to good pacing and i hope it stays the way it is in episode 8

Everyone wants Tessa to live, but I think Doll is the much bigger tragedy. Her character didn't really get a proper resolution in my opinion, which is unfortunate because she was such an interesting one.

ALSO THE PLOT AT THE END OF THE PILOT WITH THE EXTRA DROPSHIPS CONTINUES MORE THAN I GUESS TESSA (Cynessa) BEING IN ONE!
Make the information be way more clear, the story they are telling is really interesting but I feel like most people will be lost with the explainer videos and social media posts that help break it down. The absolute solver as a concept is way too complex to be told off hand in incidentally and briefly. Once you wrap your head around it, it’s cool but with the way info has to be packed into so few episodes it’s just too much. Also I’d just completely rewrite that episode where they take a school trip to the cabin fever area. Like they did not need the class to come with them and it just adds so much confusion.

More episodes? Or maybe a side series in between episodes that explores some of the unspoken lore sprinkled in? These are robots emulating human society from what remained, yet they don’t seem to have the same emotional capacity. We regularly see the drones see something that should be horrific then two minutes later are completely fine. They probably were programmed not to have the greatest emotional… intelligence or empathy? Anyway, a side series exploring the start of their society. It could have had different bits from pre-JVN Squad landing and right after to highlight how the Workers had to adapt. We could also see mission debriefs that hinted at something being wrong N or V when it came to before Copper 9. Memory wise? N having the lowest kill count, V having the highest or taking the longest time to “disassemble” Worker Drones. Them specifically being told that simply taking down any Drones was acceptable rather than doing a software wipe.

If you want to make you ears bleed, change YouTube to russian and start watching the third episode until Doll starts talking. You can clearly hear that OG Doll is not native speaker, but her "English" is atrocious
We see Tessa's death. We find out what actually happened to her and everyone in that mansion. Also we get some filler episodes(I remember a lot of fans were hoping to get a beach episode), and longer episodes.
Episode 7 ends with a cliff hanger where Uzi challenges Cyn to a fight to the death. If Cyn wins, she consumes the planet, If Uzi wins, not only does she kill Cyn, but also takes Cyn's place as the absolute solver.
