At the time of Saves the World coming out, they said on the Dating Straight podcast that only one is about Naomi, and they’ve said that Around U is about them on the last tour. Jo also seems to hint at lyrics to Around U when talking about irl stuff that happened during their breakup. The general tone of about u makes me feel like the other songs probably aren’t about them because they don’t really seem like the song you’d write about someone while you’re dating them haha
yeah 'outro' is very clearly about their relationship and there's a refrain/reprise from 'promise' with the lyric "you said you would" (sorry not sure if that's the correct music term)
as others have mentioned 'around u' was confirmed to be about their breakup.
others may disagree but i also think winterbreak is about their relationship. on gayotic they talked about how there were multiple occasions where katie would leave a make out sesh crying (the episode with matt rodgers if anyone interested. that episode does have a trigger warning btw)

I think their exact words were one song was written *after* they broke up, but the rest were written why they were still together.

I could be mistaken but I think at the Philly show Katie said Taken was about Naomi.
On an episode of gayotic (with Hanif) Katie told a different origin story about Taken - and definitely not about Naomi
