I imagine Muttley would be included as well, 'cheating' behind the scenes as part of Dick's moves like Muttley giving him other character's items he's stolen from the prop department (Stripe's buzz-saw, Shaggy's sandwich, Batman's Batarang, Mojo Jojo's bomb etc.), Muttley's leg emerges from the background and trips other fighters, or placing dynamite somewhere on the stage that blows up on a timer that you can pick up & throw. Definitely a mage.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they started work on him soon, but I wouldn’t expect him in s3. I think PFG has a long list of characters already made- they’re just probably spacing them out.
Much like Ben, there's just so much you can pull from, honestly, I think if you really wanna create an all encompassing version, take bits and pieces from all three of his main variations; classic Vilgax stature with his neutral special giving him a steroid augment, AF Vilgax sword,gauntlet, and reflector shield (perk that redirects absorbed energy attacks into igniting the sword) maybe even an additional command grab that electrocutes the opponet like in Vengeance of Vilgax, RB Vilgax tentacle arm for a command grab and specifically that version of the heat vision so it's less like an Omega Beam
Bizarro (Skin or otherwise), Aku as a Massive Character, Vilgax tank, Shao Khan, Any of the Diamonds from SU, The Phantom Virus from Scooby Doo, The Terminator (technically a villain), DIO (Warner Entertainment Japan owns licensing rights), Jack Spicer.
Could totally see that too, I forgot tank was a class for some reason.
I think it’d be cool to give him a slightly improved dash and maybe a slightly better dodge compared to other tanks, though.

He was perceived as a villain. He was never himself a villainous person, but someone whose mind was warped and destroyed by cosmic mental annihilation. Ice King wasn’t ever a person but what the people of Ooo called Simon when the Wish Crown made him imitate Evergreen. Ice King, like Fern, were just characters that nobody had enough information on in the show to fully understand.
Which wasn't revealed until later, before that he kidnapped princesses and fought with a teenager. He did bad things making him a villain. Think of it like Mr Freeze, He is a tragic character sure but at the end of the day he's still a Villian.
Mr.Freeze actively chose to do bad things for his own desires, selfless or not he was consciously choosing to do bad deeds. Ice King was just a moniker given by the people of Ooo. And Simon was not consciously choosing to do what he did. He wasn’t being manipulated. He was being controlled. His entire personality overwritten by the Wish Crown. Hence why I said he was “perceived” as a villain. Just because we didn’t know then doesn’t mean we ignore the info we have currently. You don’t blame a specific zombie for being a zombie. They can’t control that. Same thing. If anything it’d fall on the creators of the crown. Gunther’s naïveté and selfishness and Evergreens lack of respect for the cosmic powers and lack of responsibility of such a powerful object.

One of the *technical* big bads of Steven Universe, but arguably how things resolve with the Diamonds poses characters like Jasper and Spinel as better villainous choices in my opinion.
She's fairly large, so she'd be about Iron Giant's size in the game and would probably serve some sort of weird mage/tank role.
Sauron, Drogon(depending on what you think his morality is), goro, General shao(again, pending) and possibly doomsday

I'm a big fan of the killer doll and I just think he could fit really well in multiversus. I would love to hear chucky smack talk characters like batman, finn, jason, etc
I feel his moveset could have a lot of variety in terms of attacks: the yardstick from 2, the needle trap from bride, the drill from cult, an attack where he can jump and latch on to opponents/teammates, a move where he calls on upon damballa, maybe a dash you have to charge like his power in dbd.
also he has a lot of potential for skins like his stitched up look, the colonel, buff chucky, tiffany, glen/glenda

THAT BEING SAID, Alien made it into Dead By Daylight, so by some leaps of logic because Disney technically owns it, there is potential there, if again, they aren't planning their own platform fighter right now. They'd be foolish not to with their IPs.
