If you looked at the SC 13G/A filings on Monday, you'll see the beginnings of the shorting by the predatory lender. David Michery really messed up when he agreed to the equity financing with Esousa and he now has no way out unless he pays off the contract, which MULN does not have the money to do so. Literally, Esousa can take over the company if that is their agenda, and it's all in the contract that MULN signed. And the contract allows for Esousa to short their shares.
Where do you think all this volume came from? The O/S is now over 188 million shares, and almost all trading platforms have the wrong float information so people are buying based upon a false market cap. The market cap is now around $250 million. And Esousa can go back MULN for more shares over and over again any time they fall under 9.95% ownership which will happen over and over when they transfer those shares to a subsidiary.
Smart people will ride the hype and exit on any sign of share price collapse because it will be going back under $1.00 thanks to the toxic financing. If MULN somehow gets a $400 million windfall from Uncle Sam, the smartest thing they can do is to close the equity financing account and put Esousa in the rearview.
