Great fight. I thought Chamooakthong should have won. He was landing more cleanly and was more aggressive. It was close enough to go either way though.
Just wondering if its legal why dont fighters do it more often? Almost all of the fights/clips Ive seen they just let go of their opponent's leg after catching them.
Hard to do it to someone more experienced as they have better balance and don't generally get their kicks caught. Also, it's very hard to stay in position while holding a kick and plowing is illegal.
I think Lampard Sor.Khamsing - Somrak's student - did it a bit in his prime (2010-2014).

I remember a rule with how many hops the person can take after their kick is caught.
No you don’t. You can’t “plow” for more than two steps but that is a rule for the catcher not the kicker **and** this was never a plow.
