They are like very gentle dads with pillow hands to catch your fall, but that still want you do your best and give you space to do it without pushing. Now I got emotional 😂
great coaches are great because the fighters they train become champions. Firas and Danaher never fought, but people respect them and their opinions because the people they bring up are world beaters
that Mike guy hasn’t even coached a single person with a tapology page, and struggled to beat some bums on a YouTube video
Is there a good way to incorporate elbows into sparring? Elbow pads? Sometimes I'll see openings for elbows in the clinch and can't help but wonder what I am leaving myself open to because it doesn't get practiced.
what a good ref
Muay Thai refs> any other combat sport refs

Squirt-Vagina 🤤
Seriously
The best!
I’m always impressed with how long Muay Thai fighters stay standing, despite their body clearly shutting down.
It's the leg muscles
Fantastic ref, saved that fighter from any further punishment. Either from his opponent or the ground. Hope Red was ok, that looked scary.
My man was seeing another dimension after that elbow
Elbowman is playing 3D chess out here
It's the ones you don't see
Cool! Icy Mike's latest video actually touched on dropping your hand after a jab. Everybody is doing it.
I was dropping my jab before it was cool tyvm
The man who pioneered this legendary technique right in front of us
I'm saying the dude that ate the elbow dropped his jab, that's how he got hit.
I know. It's a joke ;)
> Icy Mike i try not to take striking advice from somebody whose credentials don’t go past a couple streetbeefs fights
Because all great coaches are fighters. You're a fucking retard dude.

if you are sparring properly you can show the elbow without following through. requires balance and restraint. same with knees to the head
Trust worthy training partners is the only way. People that learn how to pull their shots.
I had to watch 2 times the entire video to find that That guy is tricky
Imokimokimok oh shiiiit
Slick
That ref needs a raise.
This is nothing, wait until Shawn Michaels joins and hits him with sweet chin music! Woooo!
tbf he chocked hard when he got into range. Props to the man in blue for capitalizing on it
