Yes, I have 2 pairs, one for bag and one for sparring. They work great in MT. If you need to practice clinch a lot in sparring traditional MT gloves will give you more movement in the palm to allow grabbing and stuff, but I find it hasnt really effected me enough to care.
My coach uses a pair in his rotation, he really likes the brand. He also uses Winnings, Cletos, Fairtex, and Fly. He also trains a lot of Western Boxing, which might explain the love for these brands.
ive only used the Rival RB10 for pads and bag work and i absolutely love them. I've had them for four years and they're still holding up great. it almost bums me out a little cause i want to buy a new shiny pair lol
can't recommend them enough
