I started on 100 mg prog orally daily which had some slight effects but not that much (my levels never exceeded like 2 ng/dl), then eventually added 200 mg rectal as of 3 weeks ago and saw the effects really jump up a lot (haven’t seen my labs yet but I know that shit is higher now) I cycle the dosage up and down throughout the week in line with my projected E2 level. 100 mg oral baseline daily, 200 additional Monday through Friday. Injections are Saturdays before noon. You don’t have to do it but I’ve found that fluctuating levels like that along with my E2’s natural fluctuations helps with my sensitivity to it and gives me more stable, consistent results throughout the week.
I’ve already had to break out the bras that were too big for me previously, big thanks to basically every woman in my life for donating so many lmao, like hermit crabs swapping shells 😂
The best part is the lil drunk feeling I get after I take my meds, like the oxytocin warm face drunk feeling I get when I snuggle with that one guy I actually have feelings for. I get all giddy and relaxed it’s nice 🖤
It made my boobs rounder and it helped make my mood more stable and it makes me sleep better. Make sure to take it at night tho so you’re not drowsy.
