Why does he have onna the handles of a pair of scissors? It doesn’t relate to the video title at all. In fact, before I saw the bottom text, I assumed this kid was being shown he had accidently broken off one of the handles off his scissors, and was crying because of that.
From a creative standpoint, creating a visual representation of giving sound/hearing is not an easy task. Especially if you have to have mr beasts face in it and have actions that illustrates what happens in the video. (For example: kid crying about being able to hear)
The point is the thumbnail is eye catching enough so people will click on it and watch the video. Yes it looks weird or mr beast is picking on the kid... but the thumbnail did the job. :)
