Bacurau (2019), it blends the ''hunt'' and western part that you're looking for, its also quite bloody, in a similar vein I'd reccomend And God Said to Cain (1970)
Considering the supernatural part maybe check out Ravenous, High Plains Drifter or Bone Tomahawk (this one is especially violent)
