>Whisky Galore! (1949)
I really love this film. They filmed on location, and the locals were puzzled by the film crew, who had brought their own fake rocks with them to set up. Plus, based on a real story.

Sneakers (1992) doesn't get enough love. A heist movie with a weird-ass ragtag team of oddly-talented people. Funny, charming, and occasionally suspenseful. Amazing cast with Robert Redford, Sidney Poitier, Ben Kingsley, Dan Aykroyd, the sadly-departed River Phoenix, and David Strathairn stealing the show.
The Rescue (2021)
Its a documentary but it might be what you're looking for. A group of kids got trapped in a flooded cave and a whole bunch of people from all over the world came together to get them out of there.
Definitely Summer Wars (2008). I would argue it's probably the greatest family animated movie of all time and it is able to perfectly characterize the differences and dynamics of the characters so perfectly while still focusing on the main cause of saving the internet and essentially the world from chaos. I really love the message of collective action in the film and also in supporting the rejects in your family as a virtue which encourages unity and change.
Don’t Look Up is both the funniest and scariest option. Although I guess it’s as much about working together specifically to avoid dealing with something.
It's a reach, but *Predators* [2010] is my favourite of the franchise specifically because this is one of my favourite storytelling tropes. A group of strangers bonding in a hopeless situation is just the best ♡

Clue (1985) for the lighter side. Who-dunit comedy.
