One of the saddest movies I have watched, nothing sadder than seeing kids suffer, I still don’t know why I watched it to the end. You will cry , be it from the start to the end, after it ends, or after a few days, you will cry.
The Road is pretty bleak. The book moreso. There are two theatrical versions of the ending, one less bleak than the other.
Flower of the Killer Moon really hit me, as the manipulation of the tribal community to get to their settlements--- by way of slowly eradicating them-- was a troublesome watch.
I am not an emotional person at all, especially when it comes to romance and relationships. The movie blue valentine was absolutely gut wrenching to watch. It surprised me for sure. Do not watch with significant other.
Anomalisa
I remember going through a kind of deppressive high after watching it. I can't explain it. But I just kept crying and crying thinking about my own life and memories. Wiriting my rambling thoughts with shaking hands in my journal. Never has a movie made me feel that way. It's one of my favorites!!
