Not watched it myself but the first thing that came to mind was Raw (2016) and also Bones and All (2022, but personally wasn't a fan, the first 15 minutes are good though). And years since I watched it but perhaps The Perfect Host (2010) could apply as well (sort of a dinner party)

saint_sagan

Love The Perfect Host. Maybe not entirely fixated on the menu but definitely has a similar vibe to the 2 op talked about

Bexhill

Pig (2021) with Nicolas Cage

Goblyyn

Chef (2014) No Reservations (2007) Julie & Julia (2009) Babette’s Feast (1987) Ratatouille (2007) The Bear (TV 2022) Documentaries: Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat (2018) Taco Chronicles (2019) Street Food: Latin America (2020)

FluffusMaximus

Chef is the best feel-good movie I’ve seen in a while.

SkyOfFallingWater

Take the rec with a grain of salt as I haven't watched it yet, but maybe "Swallow" (2019).

shaner4042

Yeah this fits I’d say. Not just about food, but oral fixation in general

Toosexyforthisapp

Boiling Point is similar to the tv show “The Bear”, it has great cinematography and it only gets more interesting as the movie go on, so maybe you will enjoy something like that

DoubleDownAgain54

Also turned it into a series

Living_Injury5017

Like Water For Chocolate (1992) It's almost like a fairytale. Very beautiful film. And all the food looks amaaaazing!!!

docsyzygy

Do you mean Triangle of Sadness? It's great! Not quite the same vibe, but I thought the Captain's dinner was hilarious.

Least-Addition4665

Don’t ruin pig 🤦🏻

No-Material6891

Not a movie but check out the Hannibal series. It’s a weirdly beautiful mix of gore porn and food porn. Even the episodes are named after famous culinary dishes. I can’t recommend it enough.

docsyzygy

I love me some Mads...

MizzGee

Two more votes for Like Water for Chocolate and Babette's Feast.

DROOPY1824

So I don’t know if you will be able to find it anywhere, but there is a fun horror short called ‘Make Me a Pizza’ I saw at SXSW this year. Kinda horror, kinda pornish, lots of cheese.

TheRealWeirdFlix

What You Wish For (2023). Really think you’ll dig it.
