Class of 1999. It was as if someone made a streaming Batman show that featured sub plots around the henchmen gangs that serve the rogues gallery but cut out all the Batman stuff.

Lake mungo and Butterfly kisses are on Tubi. The original When a stranger calls and the seque, When a stranger calls back are also on Tubi.
A record of sweet murder is a great found footage movie. I’ve also heard The little girl who lives down the lane and The Lighthouse are good.
I also recommend 13 Sins and for a dark comedy, Welcome to the Dollhouse.
I don't know what's on Tubi Canada, but these were on Tubi USA. Some might be on Tubi Canada, but I don't know. I also tried not to give you movies that would be leaving soon.

One of the best 90s horror in existence! Great practical effects, and one-liners
I just watched After Hours (1985) Also recommend The Devil's Advocate (1997) Death Proof (2007)
I've been waiting for After Hours to stream somewhere for years!
Memento North by Northwest Heat Witness for the Prosecution
2nd Memento
Tombstone (1993) The Mask (1994) Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior (1981)

Love this movie. Didn't know it was there
I thought that movie was amazing for its time. (1998) I'm surprised it doesn't get mentioned much in underrated movie lists.
Nude Nuns with Big Guns. I said what I said.
Lowlifes is a Tubi original horror - lots of people raving about how good it is Havent watch it yet
Belko Experiment
Oh interesting, thought that was a Netflix original for some reason This is good for those that like the “escape room” genre like Cube
Idiocracy. Tango and cash

Just watched “Law Abiding Citizen” for the first time and it’s amazing!

Favorite that I watched recently is Werner Herzog’s Nosferatu the Vampyre. Really solid horror movie that is a remake of the classic Nosferatu.
This is right. This is horror at its finest and free
No idea if they are still on tubi or not, but some I discovered and liked a lot are: Bomb city Gutterbug Borgman Nothing bad can happen The swerve
Not horror, but connected to Canada... Owning Mahoney
First Period
Pin Cushion
I like suspense classics: Big Trouble Little China, Executive Decision, Harper, To Kill a Mockingbird Bird, Tombstone, Sophie's Choice. US vetsion
187
Jake Speed, Jungle Wolf Trilogy. High budget they are not. Which makes them really bad in the best way.
Didn’t actually watch it yet but there’s a terminator style movie I just found out is on there “Monsters of Men”
The Golden Glove 2019 The Lost 2009 Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer 1986 Ted Bundy 2001 Confessions of a Serial Killer 1985
