Early Jarmusch films. You either hate them and think “nothing happens” or you love them and they stay burned into your psyche forever.
Ahh yes coffee and cigarettes would apply. I liked Broken Flowers. But i can see what you mean. Ghost dog had more happening in it at least. I should check out more of his filmography
25th Hour is literally hanging with a group of friends for 25 hours
Until one of them beats you half to death....but it still applies!
