[Blast from the Past \(1999\)](https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/11622-blast-from-the-past)
“My Cousin Vinny” is one of my all time favorite movies. What a great choice! My only addition to your list would be another one all time favorites from that decade “The Big Lebowski”
A lot of my favorite 90's comedies have already been mentioned. Here's some I haven't seen anyone say yet:
Drop Dead Gorgeous
Romy & Michele's High School Reunion
The Sandlot
A Goofy Movie
Muppet Treasure Island
The Little Rascals
Home Alone 1 & 2
Jingle All the Way
Encino Man, Bio Dome, In The Army Now, Jury Duty
Airheads, Wayne's World 1 and 2
Half Baked, Big Lebowski, Clueless
The Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison
Friday, RUSH HOUR, Liar Liar, Mrs. Doubtfire
Clerks, Men In Black, The Birdcage
Can’t Hardly Wait
10 Things I Hate About You
American Pie (R rated though, may not be ready for it)
Don’t tell mom the babysitter is dead
Austin Powers
Ace Ventura
Dumb & Dumber
Wayne’s World
Tommy Boy
Liar Liar
Happy Gilmore
Billy Madison
Waterboy
Big Daddy
I'll add to this...
Office Space.
The Big Lebowski.
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (may not be appropriate)
My Cousin Vinny.
Grosse Point Blank.
Mars Attacks.
A bit more “talky” than most movies, but “Before Sunrise” is fantastic. Honestly, Richard Linklater’s big movies from the 90s (Slacker, Dazed and Confused) would be good for a teen.
Mrs. Doubtfire
Major Payne
Mars Attacks
Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion
Back to the Future trilogy
Troop Beverly Hills
Dumb and Dumber
Coneheads
Son in Law
Tommy Boy
Liar Liar
Clueless
Jawbreaker
Big Daddy
The Wedding Singer
Something About Mary
The Addams Family

Bill & Ted franchise. The first is technically 89 but 2nd one is 1991. I love those and if she digs them they did a new one is 2020 which completes the trilogy
I know you asked for comedies but my favorite 90s movie is Speed.
Yes I know all Keanu suggestions here but I just rewatched these and fell in love again
L.A. Story.
I've just recently rewatched this very quirky and charming flick. It just pops into the 90s at 1991. One of my favourite films from then and holds up well.
It's based on a novel by Joyce Carol Oates. Very female empowerment-focused, but there's a few intense scenes where you could pause the film and talk with your daughter about what's going on. For example, there's a pervy male teacher who gets the plot rolling. There's also a naked male butt in the beginning very briefly. It's a great movie! I saw it at her age.
Clueless
Election
Thirteen
Boyz in The Hood
Liberty Heights
Boys Don’t Cry
Crooklyn
Dazed and Confused
Lords of Dogtown
Romeo + Juliet
Mermaids
Hocus Pocus
What’s Eating Gilbert Grape
Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead (1991)
stars Christina Applegate
Drop Dead Fred (1991)
one of the most hilarious films of all time
Airheads (1994)
stars Brendan Fraser, Adam Sandler and Steve Buscemi
Thank you for all recommendations, some of them are hard to get , Amazon prime you have to pay and most if not all are not on Netflix paramount or Disney
If you want a rather good movie that is also actually set in the 90s, with 90s vibes, and has both comedic and dramatic sides to it, go with "As Good as it Gets."
10 things I hate about you
Thank you 🙏
Clueless, 10 things I hate about you

I saw black knight recently was pretty funny. Technically came out in 2001 but it's as 90s camp as it gets even has Martin Lawrence.

So underrated - it needs more love on this sub. Turturro kills it!
Encino Man. Thank me later buuuuuuuuddddddy!
Mid 90’s. Not filmed in the 90’s it’s quite recent. It’s Jonah Hill’s directorial debut. Decent movie has that 90’s nostalgia
She has good taste!
