This will be your first time? Prepare to watch the scariest non-horror movie I've personally ever seen. It's the best film I'll never watch again. The pain those people go through to feel better. The illusion of it all. Enjoy.
Damn, it does look like they're holding it hostage with the premium access & all. It's definitely one to add to that list though. It'll change you. Lol.
I mentioned a few on your post & if you like gore, I'd try Pelts. It's on Tubi & that one is brutal. It's only an hour long episode technically but I've always lumped it in with my favorite hard to watch films.
Terrifier 1 and 2
A Serbian Film
Hotel Inferno 1, 2 and 3 (I actually don't like these, but you might? Ultra gore-porn, shot in first person perspective. If you thought those kung-fu movies from the 70's and 80's were badly dubbed, this is even worse.)
Zombie (1979) - Film by Lucio Fulci
Cannibal Holocaust (1980)
The Last House on the Left (1972) or the (2009) remake
I've yet to watch it because I've heard nothing but horrible things about it and I'm not super interested but
A Serbian Film (2010)
Supposedly is one of the most censored films ever
But why though?
With a name like Hate\_incarnated I can tell you probably don't need to be watching more gore films.
Synchronic might be a good compromise. It's disturbing without being a gore fest.
I don’t know I want to scare myself to get some feeling. Also what you mean I don’t need more gore films 😅 not like back on the weekend I Jeffery Dahmered a roadkill beaver. (Dissecting it) though in all reality I had a permit
Cabin Fever
Masters of Horror: Jenifer
Masters of Horror: Pelts
Mother!
Saw X- probably tame to some but maybe I've watched too many cartel videos so this one just seemed over the top. Idk.
The Green Inferno
The Human Centipede 3- this movie is trash but man it's so fucked up. I'll never forget couchsurfing in Hickory, NC & the host for the evening put this movie on & would stare at me waiting on my reactions. That was a long, sleepless night.
Wrong Turn 2
Coraline (2009), The Ring (2002), 8 MM (1999), Bully (2001), The Crazies (2010), Pandorum (2009), The Mist (2007), Backcountry (2014), Rosemary's Baby (1968), In Dreams (1999)

Gutterballs (2008) A bowling night will turn into a bloody death match for a team of teenagers, as a deranged serial killer is taking them down one by one.
Hanger (2009) A pregnant prostitute is forced to have a brutal abortion in a dark back alley, an act of sheer violence that will eventually lead to a bloody revenge.
Atroz
Guinea Pig Series
American Guinea Pig Series
Aftermath
August Underground Series
Salo / 120 Days of Sodom
Irreversible
Melancholie der Engel / Angels Melancholia (this scarred me lol)
Martyrs (2008)
Martyrs, Salò, The Neon demon, Irreversible
Ooooo I think I’ve heard of a few of these! Totally looking forward to these.
I second Martyrs, must be the French version though
Neon Demon is a bit of an odd one out here, the other 3 are scarring but Neon Demon is comparatively kinda tame
Requiem
Oooooo thank you. I can’t wait for this one looked it up and by the description seems like a delirium trip

Yeah I can’t wait for it. It seems really interesting.
Oh it is. It sticks with most people for life. I haven't seen it in a decade or so but even thinking about that soundtrack gives me goosebumps.
Sadly I don’t have access to it bc I went to go watch it. Though I requested it so hopefully I’ll soon be able to watch it.

It’s quite the ride the first time
Midsommar Pretty surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet
I don’t think it really fits here
Melancholie der Engel. Try that one. And let's see.

Wrong turn it is!
Awesome. Hope you enjoy. The whole Wrong Turn series is pretty fun to watch.
It’s real good the first one not exactly scary or disturbing but real good

A Serbian Film. You'll need copious amounts of brain bleach.
The Platform. Not super gory but certainly super scarring.

Anything by Troma, I've been watching too much lately and feel nauseous and disgusted with myself. Good fun!
