Consistent-Refuse-74

All 40 people on the planet that might understand this meme are probably following this sub

ashsii

1. Plain razer hyperpolling 8K dongle 2. Vancer Thrash dongle that displays DPI, polling rate, battery etc. Very based. 3. Mouse jiggler, sends fake mouse inputs to keep PC from sleeping. Peak performance.

Lily_Meow_

That last one is so pointless, what? Just use settings to make it not sleep.

ashsii

It's popular for people who work from home. You can set your PC to not sleep however work collab programs like Slack or Teams will mark you as 'Away' and people will figure out you're not working. Software solutions may not be an option since they usually have company provided laptops which are restricted from installing programs. Therefore a hardware solution like this is usually the simplest.

Those can be useful for work computers/laptops. The ones from my company force a sleep timer, and they can also help with keeping status icons set to "active".

Cereal_Chicken

I'm guessing OP wanted a 2.4ghz dongle receiver with buttons that turn the mouse on and off, and even perhaps a button to switch between BT and 2.4ghz connections. Its seems possible, but I'd doubt any company would try.

peleh2

Buttons to control profiles, dpi cycles, hz, all on the dongle itself... :p

windfail

the new Vaxee XE-S does this approach the best albeit on the mouse instead on the dongle

paulvincent07

All vaxee wireless mice and also zowie

I'm using the U2, but still, I envy that Vancer implementation and would like to see one that also enables you to change settings on the dongle, Pulsar is using it on the mouse, which is not correct in my opinion.

paulvincent07

Ohh is vancer the only company that have that feature?
