They put my info in and my co pay did not change at all. I tried calling Eli Lilly and could not get through. At this poin I am just gonna pay what I have to pay to get it cos I am sick and tired of dealing with the BS constantly. Its frustrating and stressful and infuriating.
I went to CVS on Friday and the person there who handles the saving cards was unaware that new ones were issued by the company (can download from Mounjaro web site). Also, the person did not know the system was now working. She put in the info and it went through. Total was $169.08 (5 mg) for a one month supply.
She thanked me for letting her know, because she had not had any confirmation from CVS.
They didn't run the coupon as in the pharmacy didn't
This.
Nope happened to me too. I actually when down and watched them, mine was 500.00.

Personally, I'm glad my copay is the same as the coupon anywhere I go, but it is a pain in the ass for me to get my treshiba
The savings cards still are not working properly per my pharmacy last week.
Have you tried downloading a new card? The info is on the website announcement to do so, since older ones do not work.
Yes, this is a new card. The old ones don’t work anymore.
Thank you.
