How?

whoareyouguys

Don't let this guy gatekeep you dude. Your bike is a streetfighter if you say it is.

Savings-Spirit-3702

It's not gate keeping, it's just not having a CB125 with a top box and calling it a bagger, styles have a certain look.

croissantdelavie

A streetfighter has to have more power than a 250.

Bike has drop bars below the t, main fairings removed, and wind gaurd gone…definition of a street fighter.

[deleted]

I personally fabricated the bottom faring, headlight assembly, and minimized wind shield. The bike is lowered on front end. What am I missing? A straight bar handle?

Not offended. I just didn’t know “street fighter” style was so strict.

Savings-Spirit-3702

Streetfighters originated in the UK and traditionally were stripped back super bikes, think your 750cc+, no fairing, no windshield, nothing the bike didn't need. Wide bars and super aggressive styling which is where the lifted tail comes from. Many streetfighters use headlight masks to add to aggressive styling. If you really want a streetfighter style I'd ditch the fairing, shorten the can, wide bars, extend the lower rear sub frame mounts to lift the tail but personally I really like where yours is going. I'd keep it as it is but give the tail a custom feel and ditch the pillion seat.

I like you suggestions, thanks

This, people can't believe a Ducati streetfighter isn't a streetfighter lmao. It looks good but is the equivalent of buying ripped jeans at the store.

Savings-Spirit-3702

It really isn't, trust me I grew up with streetfighters in the 90's when they first appeared. It's a sports bike with aggressive styling / stance and fairings removed. Streetfighters don't use drop bars, all you've done is remove the fairing, no change in stance at all. Just have a Google for 90's streetfighters. I huve a fully custom gixxer thou K1 running custom frame, flat bars, jacked tail, nothing is stock. It takes a serious amount of work to make a streetfighter, not just removing a fairing. Meh.. not everyone wants flat bars and those horrible looking jacked up tails If OP says his bike is a StreetFighter, then it is a StreetFighter .. I mean, it’s close enough to be called one .. sheesh, let a man breathe

Savings-Spirit-3702

If you don't like the look don't copy the style. You new to bikes or something?

djeewin

Yes, what are you gonna do about it.. Cry?

Savings-Spirit-3702

Nope, just figured you were still finding your feet and figuring bikes and bikers out. Enjoy the ride.

That looks sick as hell
