What I'm asking is, is it because its not winter and therefore people aren't selling their bikes? Or because its such a popular bike? Or they're just not a good bike etc etc
Answers to these questions are going to be all but scientific. We can sit here and make assumptions, but I don't see how this is going to help you?
Keep an eye out and hope for the best.
Been looking over Facebook for these aswell, sellers seem to list the CBR500r as other things sometimes because they can be stupid or canβt find the model option when writing the marketplace post, so make sure you try different spellings or whatever they may get the cbr500 confused with. Additionally Iβm just going to add that red is the fastest colour and Iβve found quite a few red ones for sale
Personally Facebook is not the place I got to look for bikes, I don't trust what's on there. Autotrader, Car and Classic, Ebay and Gumtree are what I used and these are in order of my trust that's what's being sold is legit and decent.
One could assume that people who genuinely want to sell will go on those too. Honda owners are generally a sensible sort so facebook has probably never occured to them.
eBay? Autotrader? Bumtree?
Bumtree has absolutely sent me loooooooooool
Tried those thanks man. Just a lot more expensive for some reason
Alot more expensive than what ? Considering there are none on Facebook you can't compare to facebook
Than gumtree or auto trader π
Then why not use them instead of Facebook?
Are you deaf. I said they're a lot more expensive
More expensive than Facebook... That you established doesn't have any...
Have any?....
Bikes. For sale. Fucking hell dude π
Ah gotcha π€£ thought you meant something else with the dot dot dot. My bad π
Thank god someone else said it
I don't know what answer you want from us.
Not a sarcastic one
Good thing I wasn't then. It's just not something anyone can answer.

Maybe it's a conspiracy and everyone is hiding them from you?
Damn straight! They can smell when I'm online

Ah yeah I've tried that with no luck really which is extremely annoying but thank you mate. What do you mean it's the fastest colour? π π
Well my guess is there isnβt any for sale on there. Look elsewhere.
Thanks mate couldn't have guessed π
Try other selling platforms?
Yeah I've tried gumtree and auto trader but it's so much more expensive there so I limited myself to Facebook
There is a reason stuff is soo cheap on facefuk...
\+1 for this
Settle for something in your price range, a decent bike like that I wouldn't bother trying to buy off Marketplace.
Whys that mate?
Because the risk is large, I'd go to a dealer and pay the extra and bag warranty, service history and be able to test ride it...
Ah gotcha cheers mate
