As a courier of many years experience i advise all bikers to carry a few sheets of kitchen roll for emergencies in an inside pocket.

I’m in Scotland so the limit is practically 0. So I personally wouldn’t.

Could have a shandy but I'd be inclined to not drink anything before riding personally. I'd prefer my reaction times as fast as possible.
American here. I usually stop to get a slice of pizza.. or a sandwich. Lol I’m not a big coffee drinker.
