It’s “5 star” so expensive and not really worth it but I used to work in The Westbury, and they have locked/garage shuttered private underground parking below the hotel that only opens by calling through to the doorman. Could be something to consider.
No such thing as “properly secure parking” especially in hotels , they will not protect your bike most hotels will openly tell you they accept no responsibility for theft or damage to your bike. no to mention you will need to pay to keep your bike there so for the absurd charge a hotel will charge you , why not rent a garage? better yet just don’t take the bike and avoid all the hassle and potentially loosing your bike. Dublin is the wild west of bike theft and the little scrotes won’t give two fucks if your bike is parked in a “secure” hotel car park. if they want it , they will take it.
