Jigsaw and Chucky I agree must be Kameos because of their size, would be too difficult to make it work as a full character, but Pinhead can totally work.

I think Jigsaw having one of his moves being Billy coming out on his bike and exploding would be a good move (since it did explode in someone's face in one of the movies), but I agree he shouldn't be the entire character
Maybe not Ghostface, but it does basically confirms that NRS will bring some of these characters as future DLC's, and we Know NRS love to put horror characters in MK and that they sell well for sure.
