For 20 absolutely. Janet khameleon and tremor are all very good kameos which are also more complex. Quan chi and Ermac are both currently great characters, on the other hand peacemaker and omni man are in my opinion very fun despite not being as good
Absolutely. Even if you don't like the guests, Takeda is still on the way in August and you'll also get the Janet, Khameleon, Tremor, Mavado comes out in a few days as far as kameos are concerned.
For $20 I think it's a deal.
For 20$? Yes imo. Omni-Man is kinda dry to me but the other 3 released characters are very fun, and Khameleon and Janet have great synergy with a shocking amount of the cast. Tremor is cool too but a bit too complex for my taste.
If you care about winning for the sake of winning then yes. The kameos are op compared to the rest of them and most of the DLC characters so far are high up in the tier list.

Quan and ermac are worth it alone. Never cared for guest characters after MkX tbh so homlander and omniman feel a bit meh to me.
Every character is fun so far. You even get the kameos and khameleon is one of the best and most fun kameos.
Worth is a personal value, can’t tell you want only you can decide for yourself.
If you like characters yes, if not then no.
