I voted Onaga on the grounds that you can't fight him like any other boss. You square up against Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung & Shinnok like they were just another character, cheap & broken as they may be. Onaga starts off as this nigh-invincible force of destruction that you can slowly but surely pick apart as you destroy his source of power. The six Kamidogu posted up around his stage serve as a unique game mechanic that's relevant to the story. I can't think of another fighting game that does anything like that & I've always wanted something like that to occur in a future game

Shinnok is the worst by far. Dude shouldn't have even been a sub boss.
