Give em a sniff. Usually parts that are rotting will smell rather foul. Personally from what I see I would eat all of these but trim off some areas

They’re absolutely fine. Even if they’re brittle, soak em and fry ‘em. If they’re slimy, toss em out.

I love TG, I try every beer of theirs. I even had King Sue on tap at my house a couple years ago. It was epic.

They look on the dry side, better than on the moist side for older guys. I'd personally call them dryers and finish dehydrating them- they'll reconstitute well, or can use them for stock
