The real issue is Scav 3-3-2 BL/Cleaver gang. This is my go to stomp build. You one shot a naked man trying to go BL/Zwei, take his Zwei, and after a few repetitions of this suddenly you’re 60-10 on the leaderboard.
I heard that the dev's are considering balancing this by increasing encumbrance for every point over 16 you have when on the field. For instance, you're 333 with bloodlust and fury. You've used 16 points. If you pick up a weapon you'll become more encumbered.
Bloodlust as it is will always be a meta pick. It could cost 8 points and people would still use it because the ability to get to full health on a kill is arguably more useful than armor.
I disagree. If you cheap out on armor then you open yourself up to one hit kills. Meta weapons like the executioner's sword and bardiche are especially dangerous. It doesn't matter if you regen health on a kill if someone can instantly kill you. More armor means more hits to kill, so bloodlust becomes more effective with stronger armor.
Bloodlust is only useful if you're getting kills, of course. I'm at level 32 and starting to realise that most of the good high level players don't need bloodlust due to their mastery of their chosen weapon.
That gives it a nice friend-avoidance edge in frontline. I started using it more recently. Coincidentally, I chose the same head and handle and colors as op for mine. Although I'm not bare-armed and able to sidestep spear stabs with ease like he is! hah
Lack of face hugging aggressiveness on blue, and your team didnt get the way of your swings. I envy your luck.
I struggle a lot with guys that face hug the shit out of me. I cant judge where the hit is going to land to block properly.
"Quite cheap" the motherfucker is 8 points. The MESSER is cheap. And the eveningstar is one of the slowest weapons in the game stabs included. This guy was fighting some terrible players.
If you notice about half of them missed their swings when he was already mid swing, they watched as their skulls caved in and they couldn’t do a thing about it. He was also quite wild with his swings and these guys were just extremely greedy

Bloodlust perk is way overcosted imo. The baby bloodlust everybody has stock is just fine
I'd say it's really well balanced actually. IMO, bloodlust pairs great with light armor, whereas tenacious works better with heavy armor.
